Do you remember the first time you saw the video "I get around" - 2Pac ?
It was a summer in Montgomery Al, for me.
Packed in a shack with 4 Cousins, my mother,my brother, aunt, uncle,step father, grand mother and grand father. Taking a break from playing Nintendo, for hours on end we turned on "The Box." the local video channel.
I was already a fan of 2pac from "Hollar if you hear me," but there was something about this song. The beat caught everyone's attention in the room transforming it into a dance floor. 2 of my cousins were Rene and Sandra, both who Awwed over 2pac's physique and jealous of women he woke up with on his bed.
I felt like he brought the party to my house, i felt like he was right next door. When the first of the month rolled around, this is how we partied and everyone on my block got down the same way. This is no doubt one of my favorite 2pac songs. Enjoy.
